8.3 vipmyapp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipmyapp platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipmyapp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 vipmyapp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
